About the role

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of property facilities and equipment. Handle repairs and troubleshooting for electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, water pump, and other building systems. Maintain pool and garden equipment, including pumps, filters, and water treatment systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and the operations team. Report damages, safety hazards, or major repair needs to the supervisor. Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance and safety.

About you

• Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, Building, or related field

• Minimum 1 years of experience as Engineer or Technician in hotels, villas, or hospitality industry

• Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and general building maintenance

• Able to troubleshoot problems quickly and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

• Basic communication skills in English
