Visual Merchandising Staff – Sports & Performance

About the role

As a Visual Merchandising Staff – Sports & Performance, you will maintain visual merchandising standards across sports and performance brands. You will showcase footwear, apparel, and accessories while highlighting product features and brand identity. You will work with Store Operations, Brand, and Marketing teams to create engaging retail experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Implement in-store displays, product arrangements, and campaign installations according to brand guidelines

• Arrange running footwear, sportswear, and accessories to highlight product features and technologies

• Set up product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotional displays, and brand activations

• Conduct store visits to evaluate VM implementation and maintain consistent visual standards

• Assist with store openings, rebranding, and campaign installations

• Coordinate with Store Operations, Brand, and Marketing teams to ensure effective VM execution

• Keep displays attractive, organized, and aligned with each brand's identity

About you

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Interior Design, or a related field

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in sports, footwear, or lifestyle retail

• Good understanding of visual displays, product presentation, store layouts, and VM principles

• Familiarity with footwear displays, apparel presentation, and window displays

• Ability to execute in-store displays and campaign installations according to brand guidelines

• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Willing to travel to stores and support store openings and campaign installations when required

• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Interest in running, sports, and performance brands is a plus
