Villa Supervisor (Ubud Area)

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping or Room Supervisor is mandatory

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Proactive, with initiative and strong anticipation skills

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Confident, professional, and friendly attitude

• Good personality, well-groomed, hardworking, and positive mindset

• Able to work in the Ubud area

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the quality of the villa and high standards of guest service

• Monitor and supervise all teams in the field

• Ensure villas are clean, neat, and ready for guest occupancy

• Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently

• Provide training and guidance to team members

• Supervise cleanliness and maintain villa assets

• Report all maintenance issues to the Villa Manager
