About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer & Video Editor to join our team in Kuta, Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our marketing and communications strategy. As Videographer & Video Editor, you will be responsible for producing compelling visual content that captures the essence of our hospitality venues and engages our target audiences across multiple platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work in a creative environment whilst contributing directly to the company's brand identity and promotional campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Film and produce high-quality video content for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes

• Edit and post-produce video footage using professional editing software, ensuring content meets brand standards and creative briefs

• Conceptualise and develop innovative video ideas that align with company objectives and target audience preferences

• Capture photography and videography at events, property showcases, and guest experiences

• Manage and organise video assets, maintaining an efficient and organised digital asset library

• Collaborate with marketing, communications and management teams to understand content requirements and deliver on-brand materials

• Optimise video content for various platforms including social media, websites, and promotional channels

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in videography and video editing

• Perform technical troubleshooting and maintenance of videography and editing equipment

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your technical and creative capabilities

• Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

• Advanced proficiency with videography equipment including cameras, lighting, audio recording, and stabilisation devices

• Strong understanding of cinematography principles, colour grading, and visual storytelling

• Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and optimisation techniques for various digital platforms

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

• Creative mindset with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams

• Experience in hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle content creation is highly desirable

• Familiarity with social media content trends and platform-specific requirements

• Ability to work independently whilst being responsive to feedback and direction
