Video Producer

1. Manage video production from briefs, concepts, scripts and storyboards through filming, editing, revisions and final delivery.
2. Produce product videos, demos, promotions and short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and digital advertising.
3. Handle cameras, lighting, audio, editing, subtitles and colour correction in line with quality standards and brand identity.
4. Plan production schedules, talent, equipment and estimated costs; coordinate external vendors when needed.
5. Work with Social Media and Ads Specialists to develop variations of hooks, messages, formats and calls to action.

Kualifikasi

1. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Film, Broadcasting, Multimedia, Visual Communication Design or a related field; a relevant portfolio may be the primary consideration.
2. 2–3 years of experience in commercial video production, digital content or an agency; able to manage production independently.
3. A showreel or portfolio is required, with a clear explanation of personal contributions and results achieved.
4. Proficient in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, camera operation, lighting and audio; After Effects or basic motion graphics is an advantage.
5. Understands storytelling, framing, vertical and horizontal formats, subtitles, and the needs of organic and paid content.
6. Able to manage multiple briefs, respond constructively to revisions, organise files and meet deadlines.
7. Able to understand English-language briefs and collaborate across functions; technology product experience is an advantage.
8. Willing to work in Jakarta and attend filming at agreed locations.
