UI/UX Researcher & Designer

About the role

UI/UX Designer & Researcher role focused on user research, user interview, usability testing, user persona, user journey, and user flow. The role involves analyzing user needs and constraints and translating them into effective design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research, user interviews, and usability testing

• Create user personas, user journeys, and user flows

• Analyze user needs and constraints and translate them into effective design solutions

• Use Figma or similar design tools for wireframing, prototyping, and design system creation

• Apply user-centered design, usability, and accessibility principles

• Develop and maintain a portfolio demonstrating design process from user research to solutions and results

• Document user requirements and design specifications

• Collaborate with developer teams

• Conduct direct research and observation with users

• Work according to project requirements

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field

• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design

• Proficient in Figma or similar design tools, including wireframing, prototyping, and design system creation

• Understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility principles; WCAG knowledge is a plus

• Portfolio demonstrating design process from user research to solutions and results

• Ability to document user requirements and design specifications and collaborate with developer teams

• Strong analytical, communication, and empathy skills with attention to detail and willingness to learn
