Deskripsi pekerjaan
About the role
Tyreman for coal mining project responsible for routine inspections, air pressure measurements, and wear level checks on heavy equipment tyres. The role involves dismantling, replacing, and repairing tyres on mining units such as Dump Truck, ADT, Excavator, and Bulldozer in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Key responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections, air pressure measurements, and wear level checks on heavy equipment tyres
Dismantle, replace, and repair tyres on mining units (Dump Truck, ADT, Excavator, Bulldozer) according to SOP
Operate tyre handling equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of the tyre shop and care for work equipment
Prepare daily reports on tyre condition and work completed for supervisors/mechanics
Apply and comply with Occupational Safety and Health (K3) procedures in the mining area
About you
Minimum SMA/SMK education or equivalent
Minimum 2–3 years of work experience as a Tyreman in the coal mining industry
Proficiency in handling tyres for Off-The-Road (OTR) units and Heavy Dump Trucks
Good character, honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure
Physically and mentally healthy
