About the role

This role involves overseeing the implementation of occupational health and safety (K3) at project sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing workplace hazards to protect all workers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct supervision of K3 implementation in project areas

• Ensure all workers use personal protective equipment (APE) in accordance with safety standards

• Conduct safety briefings and toolbox meetings before work begins

• Perform routine inspections of work areas, tools, and safety equipment

• Identify potential hazards and conduct risk assessments

• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with standard operating procedures and K3 procedures

• Create inspection reports, findings, and corrective action reports related to workplace safety

• Monitor worker compliance with K3 regulations

• Follow up on and control resolution of unsafe conditions and unsafe actions

• Handle and report workplace accidents and near-miss incidents

About you

• Minimum education: SMK / D3 / S1, preferably in K3 Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Safety/HSE in construction projects

• Understanding of K3 Construction and workplace safety procedures

• Relevant K3 certification is an added value

• Able to conduct hazard identification and risk assessment

• Understanding of personal protective equipment use and safety standards in project areas

• Able to prepare K3 administrative reports

• Firm, disciplined, thorough, and responsible

• Able to work in the field and coordinate with teams

• Able to work according to targets and project work conditions
