Treasury Staff

Join OATSIDE, a plant-based beverage brand on a mission to make delicious oat milk for everyone! Since launching in 2022, OATSIDE has expanded to more than 18 markets, bringing our oat milk to consumers across Asia and beyond.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Staff to support our daily treasury operations, including employee expense verification, payment clearing, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.

Employment Details

• Employment Type: Permanent employee, with a 3-month probation period.

• Working Arrangement: Work From Office (WFO), Monday to Friday.

• Work Location: Kuningan, South Jakarta.

Job Description

• Review and verify employee expense claims and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Perform bill clearing after payments have been completed and ensure transactions are properly recorded.

• Conduct regular bank reconciliations and follow up on any discrepancies or outstanding transactions.

• Prepare and record daily and monthly journal entries related to financial transactions.

• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

• Assist with other treasury and finance-related tasks as required.

Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship or working experience in Finance, Accounting, or Treasury is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and numerical accuracy.

• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work collaboratively.
