Trade Claim Staff

Position: Trade Claim Staff
Location: Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan
Working Arrangement: Full-time, Work from Office (WFO), 8 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Validate claims from all customers
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of claim data
- Ensure claim compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for any necessary entities
- Settle any disputed claims
- Informing claim status updates and pending documents of customers
- Close work together with commercial and finance to support trade promotion in the area run smoothly

Requirements:
- Experience in handling claims, invoices, rebates, promotions, or similar transactions is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong data analytics, data management, and Excel Experience.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Thorough and Proactive
- Familiar with using Oracle or other ERP systems for transaction processing and data checking.
- Brevet A&B is a plus
