Transport Operations (Mandarin Speaker)

About the role

As a Transport Operation Executive at DHL Supply Chain, you will support transportation operations, drive service excellence, and ensure efficient fleet and transport management across operations. This role involves coordinating daily transport activities, managing transportation resources, ensuring service delivery meets customer expectations, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, analyzing performance metrics, and providing on-site support across multiple operational locations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transport operations to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery
• Monitor transportation activities and support operational performance across assigned sites
• Ensure compliance with transportation procedures, safety standards, and operational requirements
• Oversee transportation resources and fleet utilization to maximize operational efficiency
• Coordinate with transport providers and operational stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transport plans
• Monitor vehicle performance, availability, and operational readiness
• Ensure service delivery meets customer expectations and agreed service levels
• Proactively identify and resolve transportation issues to minimize operational disruption
• Prepare transportation reports and operational analyses using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Travel frequently to operational sites, particularly within Cikarang and other designated locations, to ensure operational effectiveness

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably in Transportation Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Transportation Management, Fleet Management, or related Logistics functions
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar Transportation Operations role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience coordinating with various stakeholders across operational and business functions
• Willingness to travel frequently and work mobile, particularly within the Cikarang area and other operational locations as required
