Translator Indonesia-Mandarin

About the role

We are seeking a Mandarin Chinese Translator to be placed in Kalimantan. The candidate will be responsible for facilitating communication between Indonesian workers and Mandarin-speaking workers, and supporting the smooth coordination of work operations in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Translate oral communication between Indonesian and Mandarin Chinese

• Facilitate communication and coordination between management and operational teams in the field

• Translate work instructions, operational information, and simple documents as needed

• Accompany supervisors or Mandarin-speaking teams in operational activities

• Ensure information is conveyed clearly and accurately

• Perform other translation tasks as required by the company

About you

• Able to communicate in Mandarin Chinese orally

• Able to speak Indonesian well

• Ability to read and write Mandarin Chinese is an added value

• Work experience in the field, particularly in mining or project environments, is preferred

• Willing to be placed in Kalimantan and comply with work requirements at the location

• Good communication skills, responsible, disciplined, and able to work well with a team
