Training Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training materials and modules for various programs

• Facilitate and deliver engaging training sessions for employees in both offline and online formats

• Create dynamic visual aids and presentations using Canva and other advanced presentation tools

• Produce and edit educational videos to enhance digital learning materials

• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major

• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply

• Proficiency in using Canva and various presentation tools

• Basic knowledge or familiarity with video editing for educational or corporate content.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a cooperative and collaborative working style

• Good proficiency in both written and spoken English

• Willing to be placed in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta
