Training Specialist

Design and develop comprehensive training materials and modules for various programs

Facilitate and deliver engaging training sessions for employees in both offline and online formats

Create dynamic visual aids and presentations using Canva and other advanced presentation tools

Produce and edit educational videos to enhance digital learning materials

Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback

Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major

Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply

Proficiency in using Canva and various presentation tools

Basic knowledge or familiarity with video editing for educational or corporate content.

Strong interpersonal skills with a cooperative and collaborative working style

Good proficiency in both written and spoken English
