Site Mandarin Speaker (Balikpapan - East Kalimantan)

Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily communication between Chinese and Indonesian employees.

• Translate conversations, meetings, documents, and site instructions.

• Coordinate operational and administrative activities at the site.

• Assist Chinese management in communicating with local teams and external parties.

• Prepare reports and ensure accurate information delivery.

• Support other site-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.

• Proficient in Mandarin and Indonesian; English is an advantage.

• Willing to work and be based in Pine Ville L1/9, Graha Indah Kel., Balikpapan Utara

• Good communication, translation, and coordination skills.

• Able to work in a site environment and adapt to operational needs.
