• Support team in designing and maintaining data management in training process and mass hire onboarding journey
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve team’s KPI
• Provide business with data driven suggestions to improve operations continuously
• Support training team by compiling and conducting data analysis related to agent’s training journey, including but not limited to: Pre-Training, During Training, Post-Training.
• Analyze dipsticks, scrubbing, and observations made by trainers
• Visualizing results of data analysis through reports, dashboards, and presentation decks.
• Collecting, managing, and analyzing Trainer’s KPI Data
• Support execution of training team projects by providing means for monitoring and result analysis
• Create automation and streamline processes using data
• Create Initiative using AI and Automation for Trainer & QA Feedbacker Team

• Minimum education S1
• Minimum experience 1 year in e-commerce or Start-Up Company
• Have good analytical skills, can think critically, and can work independently or in a team
• Have the ability to understand the context of training and present findings contextually to support action trainers
• Mastering Windows, Microsoft, and Google applications
• Mastering formulas and functions in Excel/Gsheet
• Have experience using the SQL programming language
• Have Experience Using AI Tools / Automation
