QUALIFICATIONS

• Passionate about social media, KOL/Influencer marketing

• Up to date with trends on TikTok

• Familiar with tools like Canva or Capcut

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams

• Target driven mindset with strong attention to detail

• Responsive, proactive, and able to work independently

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Creative, confident, energetic, and camera ready

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Manage and grow our TikTok accounts

• Create engaging content by adapting to current trends

• Upload content, monitor daily activity, and track content performance

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to refine strategies

• Write scripts, act as talent, and edit videos for TikTok

• Respond to comments and DMs as part of light customer service duties

• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure posting assets align with campaign objectives

• Prepare detailed report on campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations
