Tenant Relation Staff (AEON MALL SENTUL CITY)

Requirement :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the shopping mall industry, specifically in Tenant Relations.

3. Experience in shopping mall operations is highly preferred.

4. Strong knowledge of daily tenant relations management and communication practices.

5. Ability to analyze tenants’ business challenges and implement appropriate remedial measures.

6. Ability to understand financial statements accurately and manage cost control effectively.

7. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with tenants and business partners.

8. Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

9. Must be willing to commute or relocate to Sentul City – Bogor

10. Willing to work on shift schedules, weekends, and public holidays

Job Description

1. Conduct daily inspections of tenant stores and operational areas to ensure compliance with mall standards and smooth daily operations.

2. Monitor store conditions, including cleanliness, store displays, promotional materials, and operational activities.

3. Coordinate with tenants regarding operational issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

4. Handle and follow up on tenant complaints in coordination with related departments until resolution.

5. Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate handovers with the next shift/team.

6. Manage administrative tasks related to tenant operations, including documentation, correspondence, and sales database updates.

7. Maintain effective communication with internal teams and tenants to support overall mall operations and customer satisfaction.
