Tenant Relation Officer

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field; Hospitality, Tourism, Communication, or related fields are preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Tenant Relations, Customer Service, Front Office, or Hospitality.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service orientation

• Good complaint-handling and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative tasks.

• Well-groomed, friendly, courteous, and professional.
