About the role

We are seeking a talented Pharmacy Technical Personnel (TTK) / Pharmacy Vocational Personnel (TVF) to join PT. Handia Mendunia Internasional in Surabaya, East Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our pharmacy operations, ensuring the safe, effective, and compliant delivery of pharmaceutical services. As a pharmaceutical vocational technician, you will be at the heart of our healthcare mission, supporting pharmacists and contributing directly to patient safety and care quality. Key responsibilities

• Assisting pharmacists in the preparation, compounding, and dispensing of medications whilst maintaining strict adherence to pharmaceutical standards and regulations

• Managing and organising pharmaceutical inventory, including stock control, labelling, and proper storage of medications and pharmaceutical supplies

• Receiving, checking, and documenting incoming pharmaceutical products to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date pharmaceutical records and documentation in accordance with legal and professional standards

• Supporting the maintenance of pharmacy equipment and instruments, ensuring they are clean, functional, and properly calibrated

• Assisting with patient counselling under pharmacist supervision, ensuring clear communication regarding medication usage and safety

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic pharmacy environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

• Supporting administrative tasks including billing, insurance processing, and general pharmacy operations

• Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure seamless pharmaceutical service delivery

What we're looking for

• A vocational or technical qualification in pharmacy (Diploma in Pharmacy/Kefarmasian or equivalent technical certification)

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medications, and their properties, including storage requirements and handling procedures

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in pharmaceutical compounding, dispensing, and record-keeping

• Proficiency in using pharmacy management systems and computer applications

• Sound understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, legal requirements, and professional ethics in pharmacy practice

• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and preferably English, both verbal and written

• A commitment to patient safety, quality assurance, and continuous professional development

• Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing for extended periods and handling pharmaceutical materials

• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred but not essential for candidates with strong foundational knowledge
