About the role

Teknisi CCTV & Security System responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV and security systems for corporate clients including hotels, plantations, and industrial facilities in the Bandar Lampung region.

Key responsibilities

Perform installation of analog and IP cameras including cable pulling, crimping, camera mounting, DVR/NVR setup, and supporting equipment
Configure DVR/NVR systems including recording, scheduling, storage, user access, and remote viewing via mobile and web applications
Troubleshoot camera offline issues, no video problems, recording failures, and network connectivity issues
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance for contract clients
Create work reports with before/after photo documentation and handover documentation
Ensure work is completed on first visit to minimize return visits due to installation errors
Comply with occupational health and safety standards including PPE and working at height procedures
Provide brief user education to clients on system operation

About you

Minimum SMK education in TKJ, Electronics, Electrical, or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience as CCTV technician with independent installation and configuration capability
Proficient in DVR/NVR configuration (Hikvision, Dahua, or similar brands)
Understanding of basic networking: IP address, subnet, PoE switch, router, port forwarding/P2P
Experienced in RJ45 crimping and LAN tester usage
Able to work at heights (ladders, poles, roofs)
Possess Class C driving license and own motorcycle (Class A priorities)
Willing to travel outside city within Lampung region and work overtime during projects
Meticulous, neat in cable work, and disciplined in report documentation
Domiciled in Bandar Lampung or surrounding areas
