Technical Service Engineer

• Install new machines and equipments onsite based on standardized procedures.

• Provide and monitor initiation training and regular technical updates to customers.

• Plan and operate scheduled maintenance to cover installed equipments in their area.

• Analyze and execute troubleshooting in technical issues of the installed equipments.

• Serve, discuss and provide necessary solutions to optimize available features of the equipments or other company products

Job Requirement :

• In-depth technical knowledge in electro-medical area as well as good level of analytical thinking, planning & execution, communication and customer services skills.

• Holding Diploma degree in Electro-Medical major (Diploma from ATEM) or Bachelor degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electrical Engineering specialized in medical instruments.

• Willingness to be stationed in Makassar, including regular business trips. While previous professional experiences is a plus, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

• Have an active registration certificate
