Technical Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)

Qualifications :

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese (is a must), with the ability to communicate effectively in Chinese for daily work and technical discussions.

• Learning and Adaptability: Eager to learn and able to quickly grasp product knowledge and work procedures. Willing to accept guidance and continuously improve professional skills.

Job Descriptions :

• Project Management: Record projects, track progress, and follow up on pending issues.

• Task Allocation: Assign tasks based on project priorities, team capabilities, and workloads. Coordinate technical support between Head Office and branches.

• KPI Collection: Collect monthly KPI files from team members.

• Communication: Coordinate with Sales, Product, After-Sales, customers, consultants, and partners when needed.

• Translation: Translate and review technical documents in Chinese, English (tentative), and Indonesian.
