Technical Engineer

Responsibility

• Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance on production machinery to minimize downtime.

• Conduct routine inspections on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to prevent potential failures.

• Perform effective troubleshooting on machinery breakdowns in the production area.

Qualification

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of work experience in Maintenance or Engineering within the manufacturing industry (experience in Food Flavor / FMCG is preferred).

• Valid Certification in Safety Electrical (Teknisi K3 Listrik) or Welding.

• Familiarity with Food Safety and Industrial Hygiene standards (GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, or Halal Assurance).

• Proficient in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.

• Good communication skills, highly disciplined, and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.

• Willing to work in shifts and available for on-call emergency maintenance when needed.
