Technical Beverage & Customer Development Specialist

Job Requirement :
• Min. D3/S1 – Food Technology, Hospitality, Culinary, F&B, or related field
• 3–5 years experience in beverage, coffee, barista, foodservice, R&D, or product application
• Strong knowledge of coffee, beverage preparation & product application
• Excellent communication, presentation & training skills
• Creative, customer-oriented & strong problem-solving skills
• Barista certification is a plus
• Willing to travel for customer visits & demonstrations

Responsibilities:
• Develop & optimize beverage recipes and product applications
• Conduct product trials, demonstrations & sensory evaluation
• Provide technical support and solutions to customers & Sales team
• Conduct barista training, workshops & product demonstrations
• Monitor coffee & beverage market trends and develop new concepts
• Support customer development, product launches & commercial activities
