This position is a 2-year contract position.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dairy Processing Design.

• Proven experience in process design, tender, procurement, and project execution.

• Strong understanding of processing equipment, capacity balance, and hygienic engineering design.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.

• Willing to travel as required for business needs.

Job Descriptions:

• End-to-end processing design, tender & procurement, execution & SAT (Site Acceptance Test).

• Ensure alignment between RFQ (Request for Quotation) and vendor proposal is aligned.

• Ensure processing design considering capacity balance and production sequence, hygienic engineering design, safety and ergonomics.

• Create and follow up internal & external approval documentation, drawing and administration.

• Verify material approval against tender documents.

• Update and report tender procurement progress to Project Manager.
