As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will:

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening candidates, conducting interviews, and communicating with related stakeholders.
• Assist in employer branding through social media platforms and recruitment events.
• Manage candidate databases and ensure document completeness.
• Collaborate with the HR team to create a positive candidate experience.
• Analyze recruitment trends to improve talent acquisition strategies.

Persyaratan

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Management, or any related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for HR & Talent Acquisition.
• Willing to fully work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
