As a Beauty Education Trainer, you will:

• Deliver training programs for Beauty Advisors (Induction, Masterclass, Refreshment)
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness (pre-test, post-test, feedback)
• Ensure all Beauty Advisors understand brand DNA and SOP
• Conduct field coaching and store visits to ensure training implementation
• Track and report training performance & KPI

Persyaratan

• Strong skills in both skincare and make-up application
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (engaging, fun, and not monotonous)
• Passionate in beauty industry and up-to-date with trends (makeup & skincare)
• Willing to learn, adaptive, and open to feedback
