Talent Acquisition (English Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing company in the beauty, lifestyle, and consumer services industry. The role will manage end-to-end recruitment and work closely with management and business leaders to attract and hire the right talent across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strong English speaker with solid recruitment experience and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-growing business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.

• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on experience, capabilities, and cultural fit.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Provide market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and recruitment trends.

• Support employer branding and other talent acquisition initiatives.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates to management.

• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

About you

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Headhunting.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment.

• Strong candidate sourcing and assessment skills.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Comfortable working with international stakeholders and in a multicultural environment.

• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience within beauty, lifestyle, hospitality, retail, F&B, consumer services, or other customer-focused industries is highly preferred.
