Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Intern

Tanggung jawab

• Support end-to-end recruitment process (CV screening, interview, scheduling, etc.)
• Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database
• Support employer branding initiatives, including developing content ideas, creating, taking, and editing social media content, career page updates, and campus hiring activities
• Support recruitment events and internal HR activities

Persyaratan

• Final-year student or fresh graduate (Psychology, HR, Management, Communication, or related field)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Familiar with LinkedIn, job portals, and social media
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Proficient in Adobe, Canva, CapCut, or other editing tools is a plus
• Available for 3–6 months internship
