System Engineer Data Center (non cisco)

Job Responsibilities:

• Become a part of Engineering Professional Services team

• Implementation, Migration, and troubleshooting

• Provide technical documentation.

Job Qualifications:

• Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise server and storage infrastructure.

• Manage server and storage infrastructure across multiple vendors, particularly HPE and Dell.

• Manage virtualization and container platforms, including Microsoft Hyper-V, KVM, and Red Hat OpenShift (OCP/OVE).

• Provide operational support and maintenance for various infrastructure platforms, including rack servers, blade servers, and Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI).

• Manage and troubleshoot various storage technologies, including SAN, NAS, Object Storage, NVMe, and Software-Defined Storage (SDS).

• Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to server hardware, hypervisors, operating systems, and storage infrastructure.

• Perform issue escalation and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical incidents.

• Develop and utilize scripting and infrastructure automation to improve deployment and maintenance efficiency.

• Support infrastructure improvement and automation initiatives across server, storage, virtualization, and infrastructure operations.
