Support Service Manager

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Support Service Manager, GA Manager, or in a similar role, preferably in the hospital industry.

A valid K3RS certification is preferred.

Strong understanding of General Affairs (GA), facility management, procurement, and support service operations, including housekeeping, transportation, dispatch, and messenger services.

Proficiency in civil works, project management, building maintenance, and facility infrastructure.

Good knowledge of hospital operations and facility management standards.

Proven experience in asset management, inventory control, vendor management, and outsourced service supervision.

Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent leadership, team management, and cross-functional coordination abilities.

Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
