Sales & Marketing Manager

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Sales & Marketing Manager, preferably in the hospital or healthcare industry.

Proven experience in Corporate Sales, Sales Center of Excellence, Referral Management, or other relevant sales functions.

Strong knowledge and experience in private insurance partnerships, corporate client management, and healthcare business development are highly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.

Excellent skills in sales negotiation, client acquisition, business development, and deal closing.

Strong networking, leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Results-oriented, commercially driven, and able to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance partners, referral networks, and internal stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales performance, identify market opportunities, and develop effective business strategies.
