Supplier Quality Engineer (Sqe)

We are hiring a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) for our quality department in e-cigarette / electronics manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct supplier audits and support supplier development to ensure compliance with quality standards.

2. Monitor incoming material quality, including batteries, e-liquid, metal hardware, and plastic parts.

3. Identify supplier quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.

4. Manage Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.

5. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to improve material quality and prevent recurring defects.

6. Communicate supplier quality requirements and improvement plans effectively in Mandarin.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.

2. At least 3 years of supplier quality management (SQE) experience.

3. Familiar with supplier audits and development, incoming-material control (batteries, e-liquid, metal hardware, and plastic parts), and closure of supplier corrective action requests (SCAR).

4. Fluent Mandarin.
