Female Security Guard

Job Responsibilities

• Body Search & Inspection: Responsible for conducting mandatory body search inspections and metal detector checks on personnel leaving the production line/factory to prevent asset loss.

• Access Control & Visitor Management: Check IDs of employees, visitors, and vendors; manage and record daily visitor and vehicle logs.

• Patrolling & Monitoring: Conduct regular safety patrols around production areas and factory grounds to ensure a secure environment.

• HR/GA Alignment: Strictly enforce company security regulations and immediately report any security breaches or irregularities to management/HR/GA.

• Respond to security emergencies and perform other ad-hoc security duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Gender: Female (Required due to the mandatory physical body search duty for female personnel).

• Education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security Guard in a factory/manufacturing environment.

• Certification: Security qualification/training certificate (e.g., Gada Pratama) is preferred.

• Personal Attributes: Physically fit, alert, highly principled, responsible, and capable of strictly enforcing rules.

• Language: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English or Mandarin is an added advantage.
