SUPERVISOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Requirements 

1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

2. Candidates are preferably not more than 35 years.

3. Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry, Quality Management, Product Development, or related fields.

4. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other related software).

6. Good understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards is an advantage.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret quality data and performance metrics.

8. Knowledge of product development processes and quality requirements in manufacturing environments.

9. Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and ensure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).

2. Monitor and maintain compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.

3. Coordinate internal audits, external audits, and management review activities.

4. Lead root cause investigations and ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

5. Support new product development activities from a quality perspective.

6. Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.
