About the role

This role involves developing and evaluating promotion programs aligned with PT BUKIT SEMARANG JAYA METRO's concept to support sales targets, managing promotion budgets, and analyzing sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate promotion programs according to PT BUKIT SEMARANG JAYA METRO's concept to support sales target achievement

• Develop and evaluate promotion budgets according to established targets

• Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation

• Procure marketing support to meet sales needs and be responsible for the security and cleanliness of display homes

• Monitor marketing and promotion budgets to ensure efficient use of resources

• Develop the website and social media for PT BUKIT SEMARANG JAYA METRO

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Architecture, or Graphic Design

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or marketing and promotion team management role at a Developer

• Deep understanding of effective marketing strategies and tactics, including advertising, sales promotion, and events

• Proficiency in Photoshop and digital marketing platforms, such as social media and analytics tools

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
