Supervisor Product

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor Product to join the Product Management & Development team at Passion Jewelry. This is a full-time position based in Serpong Utara, Banten, offering an exciting opportunity to oversee and guide product development initiatives whilst ensuring our collections meet the highest standards of quality, design and market demand. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging product strategy with execution, managing teams and collaborating across departments to bring our jewellery vision to life.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor market and jewelry trends to develop relevant product ideas and concepts

• Analyze sales and product data across stores to identify customer preferences

• Determine suitable products for each store

• Translate management ideas and business direction into product concepts for new arrivals and signature collections

• Communicate product concepts and design directions to design production teams

• Coordinate product development from concept to final product

• Ensure alignment with approved designs and quality standards

• Collaborate with Marcomm and Operations to support product launches and campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in product development, product design, or a related field

• Good understanding of jewelry and fashion trends

• Strong analytical skills, particularly in interpreting sales and product data

• Ability to translate ideas into clear product concepts and design directions

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Knowledge of visual merchandising is an advantage

• Experience in jewelry or fashion retail is an advantage
