About the role

Supervisor Operational role responsible for overseeing restaurant operations and leading a team in a Food & Beverage environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage restaurant operations including service standards, hygiene, and SOPs

• Lead and manage team performance

• Work under pressure with target orientation

• Manage stock and inventory control

About you

• Minimum S1 (Bachelor) degree

• Minimum 2 years experience as Supervisor in Food & Beverage industry

• Understanding of restaurant operations including service standards, hygiene, and SOPs

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities

• Ability to work under pressure and target-oriented

• Good communication skills

• Able to work independently and in teams

• Dynamic personality, confident, positive attitude, and good work ethic

• Experience in stock management and inventory control

• Microsoft Excel proficiency at intermediate level minimum
