Syarat Pekerjaan

1) Performance & Rewards Specialist
Kualifikasi:
- Hands-on experience in KPI design, cascading & performance evaluation
- Strong understanding of compensation, payroll, incentives & rewards
- Able to prioritize and manage reward & engagement budgets
- Strong analytical & business thinking; comfortable with people, operational & financial data
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, with experience using HRIS & dashboards
- Able to build AI-assisted/agetic workflows with automation, validation & human oversight

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Manage the end-to-end performance & rewards cycle, including cascading business goals into department and individual KPIs
- Evaluating performance, and managing compensation, payroll calculations, and reward & engagement budgets
- Use data, HRIS, automation, and AI workflows to improve decisions and system effectiveness

2) Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist
Kualifikasi:
- Experience in FP&A or finance roles involving budgeting, forecasting & profitability analysis
- Strong understanding of P&L, variance analysis, margin, cost structure & financial ratios
- Able to monitor key ratios such as inventory-to-sales, labor cost-to-revenue & debt-to-assets
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn financial data into clear recommendations
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; experience in F&B, retail, FMCG, hospitality, or multi-outlet businesses is preferred

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Drive financial planning and performance through budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and financial health monitoring
- Analyze revenue, cost, inventory, labor cost, and capital structure to identify gaps and support better management decisions
