Supervisor Finance Accounting Tax

About the role

A Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) supervisory role responsible for monitoring and overseeing finance, accounting, and tax activities, ensuring accuracy of financial reporting, compliance with tax regulations, and effective team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor finance, accounting, and tax activities

• Monitor cash flow, budget, payments, and collections

• Review and monitor transactions and accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness of data

• Ensure financial reports are accurate and timely

• Monitor tax obligations and reporting

• Oversee FAT team performance in accordance with SOPs and deadlines

• Analyse issues and provide recommendations to the FAT Manager

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Tax

• Experience as a Supervisor/Leader is an advantage

• Understanding of Finance, Accounting, Tax, and financial reporting

• Ability to analyse transactions, cash flow, budget, and reports

• Proficiency in Ms. Excel and accounting software

• Understanding of tax regulations and compliance
