Supervisor Branch

About the role

This role involves overseeing and ensuring all branch operational activities run according to SOP and company policy, monitoring branch target achievement and evaluating team performance regularly, coordinating and directing the team to achieve operational and business targets, ensuring customer service quality and operational efficiency, and preparing operational reports with improvement recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure all branch operational activities run according to SOP and company policy

• Monitor branch target achievement and evaluate team performance regularly

• Coordinate, direct, and motivate the team to achieve operational and business targets

• Ensure customer service quality, operational efficiency, and resolution of branch issues

• Prepare operational reports and provide improvement recommendations to Branch Manager

About you

• Minimum S1 education from any major, preferably Management or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operational field, with supervision experience as an added value

• Leadership, team management, and supervision capability

• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

• Problem solving and decision-making ability

• Performance analysis, target achievement, and report preparation skills

• Able to operate Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• Target-oriented with high integrity, discipline, and responsibility

• Able to work independently and in teams and adapt to operational dynamics

• Willing to be placed at branches according to company needs
