• Minimum D3 or S1 qualification in any field

• 2–3 years experience in retail furniture

• Strong communication, managerial, and negotiation skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Leadership capability and team collaboration skills

• Initiative, creativity, and strong problem-solving ability

• Ability to work on public holidays and weekends
