Events Operations Coordinator

About the role

Koocester is a lifestyle media platform with its largest team in Indonesia. Our events do three jobs: fill the room, turn it into leads, and turn it into content. You make sure every event runs on time, on budget and without surprises.

What you will do

• Coordinate venues, vendors, suppliers and permits for each event

• Keep the run of show, guest list and supplier schedule up to date

• Get quotes, track payments and keep each event within budget

• Support on the day: setup, registration, marshals and teardown

• Log attendance, leads and costs after each event so the report is right

Formats you will run

Car meets, home fairs, masterclasses, community runs and networking nights.

You are

• One or more years in events, hospitality or operations

• Organised, quick to follow up and calm under pressure

• Good with spreadsheets and messaging tools

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, with working English

• Able to travel around Jabodetabek and work some weekends
