Strategy & M&A Manager

Tanggung jawab

• Identify new international markets strategy for expansion
• Conduct market entry assessments (market size, competitor landscape, regulatory barriers)
• Develop go-to-market strategies tailored for each region
• Work with internal R&D and Regulatory Affairs to select products suitable for international markets
• Drive commercialization strategies (product positioning, pricing, channel management)
• Support due diligence activities and assist in integration plans post-transaction

Persyaratan

• Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance
• Minimum of 3 years of experience Experience in business development or commercial strategy, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors
• Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry is a strong advantage
• Prior M&A exposure or experience is a plus
• Prior Big4 experience is a plus
