Tanggung jawab

• Responsible for overseeing all Human Resources functions, ensuring effective HR operations, employee support, compliance with labor regulations, and continuous employee development to support the organization's goals.

Persyaratan

1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
3. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and compensation & benefits.
4. Strong leadership, communication skills, HR system & Budgeting, and team management abilities.
5. This position will be assigned at Damai Indah Golf – BSD Course (Tangerang Selatan) & PIK Course (Jakarta Utara)
