Branch Manager Mortgage

1. Drive branch sales performance to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
2. Monitor and ensure SLA compliance in processing, delivery, and customer service.
3. Manage and control portfolio quality, focusing on early delinquency (1–12 months).
4. Develop and strengthen agency partnerships to enlarge business networks and market coverage.
5. Lead, coach, and motivate the branch team to deliver optimal results.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor degree in Business / Economy or any related field
• Well experienced at refinancing mortgage or property in banking/financial company
• Experience at least 3 years as Branch Manager in banking/financial company
• Willing to be placed in our branch all over Indonesia, especially in Jabodetabek area
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
