Store/Warehouse (Raw Material) Assistant Supervisor

Requirements :

• Experience : at least 5 years relevant

• Education : Minimum D3 or Economic, Management Background

• Skill :

• Supervisory Management, Leadership, Strong Interpersonal Skill, Good communication skill, proactive and organized personality

• Supply Chain Management, SAP System, Kanban, Warehouse Management, 5S, Visual Control

• English is a preferably

Job Description :

• To coordinate and do stock taking, make report and submission to accounting dept.

• To monitor stock level and inform to concerned parties and shortage or excess for delivery adjustment

• To make layout or re-layout of the store / warehouse

• To make daily report of urgent parts and follow up to concerned dept.

• To ensure all transactions is following the required system and procedure

• To ensure part movement is following FIFO

• To make Six in One report and ensure concerned dept. sign and submit to accounting dept.

• To ensure all parts in store is identified and marked properly

• To send material to third party and maintain third party ledger

• To issue and control consumable and stationery

• To ensure all SAP procedure is followed

• To prepare and submit monthly data
