Procurement, General Purchasing Staff

Qualification :

• Bachelor of Manufacturing Engineering,Industrial Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Purchasing staff from Automotive manufacture

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Good knowledge of negosiation Skill

• Have attended QMS, ISO 9001 , 45001 and IATF 16949

• Good knowledge of Purchase price Analysis

Job Responsibilities:

• Supplier Control

• Searching, Negotiation  and contact the supplier to get a part related to design needs.

• Looking for good reference supplier

• Responsible for carrying out purchasing and procurement activities for goods and services (local and imported) needed to support operational activities and company business development.

• Perform purchasing administration functions through the program.

• Receive request of goods & services from other departement.

• collaborating with related functions.

• Communication With both external suppliers

• As link between the product development team

• Evaluate and analyze all price quotation from suppliers

• Make procurement report (weekly, monthly & yearly)
