Production Assistant Supervisor (Assembly Line)

     Requirement :

• Minimum Diploma in industrial engineering or any major.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Asst. Supervisor Production in automotive manufacturing

• Must having good experience in handling assembly line

• Must having good experience in calculate of the manpower needs, lead time process and material for production running

• Good communication skill both in Bahasa and English

• Having knowledge about IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001

     Job Description :

• Handling all activities in Production Assembly Line

• Supervise all production team member (Operator, Group Leader, Line Leader) and ensure the team member working as per working instruction and SOP

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products

• Coordinating and monitoring production activities to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery

• Collaborate with the production engineering team to identify and resolve operational issues, implementing corrective actions as needed

• Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to secure necessary materials for production.

• Monitor production activities and adjust schedules as necessary to meet changing demands.

• Liaise with other departments, such as procurement and quality control, to ensure seamless integration of production activities
